Waiting Room/Reception Area
Our waiting room is where you first will enter the hospital and hopefully you will not have to spend much time here. Unfortunately there are times when we may get behind and so to pass the time we have reading materials, a salt water aquarium and a TV, where we have several programs on veterinary care running. Our 110 gallon salt water tank keeps with the Florida theme, and displays a number of corals, starfish, crabs, sponges, and fish. Of course one of our fish is Nemo and all the kids that come in here recognize him.
The Reception area is where you will be greeted with the smiling faces of our receptionists. It is the focal point of our hospital as all activities involving our clients go through this area. Client check in and checkout occurs here as well as making appointments and purchasing over the counter supplies. Of course our receptionists also answer the phones here. We always encourage our clients to call with any questions and our receptionists will usually have the answer or if they do not know they will find the answer.
