Dr. Eger feels that the best way to take cae of her patients and serve her clients is with a well trained staff and this can only be accomplished with time.  Dr. Eger has surrounded herself with the right people and has spent years training them.  As you can see from the  length of time each member of her team has been employed with her that she keeps good people and trains them well.
