Obie playing with a hat in our office. Obie was brought in to our office with a broken leg and crushed hip. The owners could not afford the surgery that was required. He was young and one of our doctors who likes to do orthopedic surgeries, did the surgery. The leg break was fixed but the hip dammage could not be fixed. He also had some nerve damage in the hip area. Obie has healed quite well but requires a special diet and, due to the nerve damage, is weak in the rear. He has turned out to be a very good hospital cat.
