New Patient Center

The New Patient Center provides clients who are new to our facility with general information about Kindness Animal Hospital.  We give you an idea about what to expect when you come to our hospital and you can take a virtual tour around our facility.  We also provide you with a list of veterinary websites that we feel provide a good resource for pet owners.  Our payment policy is also presented with some options you may not be familiar with. 

We also provide you with online forms so that owners of new patients can fill out the registration forms online and our receptionists can have your files ready when you walk in the door.  This speeds up the registration process and hopefully makes the hospital experience a more enjoyable one for all. 

After your hospital visit, we would like your opinions on how we did meeting your needs (of course we are referring to those needs that fall within proper medical guidelines and meet state and federal laws).  The first 20 clients that fill out the survey each month will receive a $10.00 certificate to use on your next visit.
